Job Description

We are a used car dealer seeking an office administrator to help us with a variety of office duties. We are looking for a highly organized and responsible individual with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Processing titles and registrations* Data entry into Excel* Keeping track of vehicle locations, titles, invoices* Filling out and filing government forms, applications, titles* Answering incoming calls* Maintaining a clean and organized officeSkills and qualifications:* Fluent in Spanish and English* Strong attention to detail* Excel knowledge* Discretion and regard for confidentiality* Oral and written communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):* Are you able to work Saturdays on a regular or occasional basis, depending on current work loads?Education:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)* Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Language:* Spanish (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* El Paso, TX 79915 (Preferred)Work Location: In person
