*Job Title: Irrigation Technician**Company: Taylor Anthony 365**Job Description:*Taylor Anthony 365 is seeking a skilled and dedicated Irrigation Technician with a strong working knowledge of both residential and commercial irrigation systems. Expertise in 2-wire systems is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of landscape systems, including irrigation, low voltage landscape lighting, and water features. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities are essential. This position requires someone who can work both independently on small projects and collaboratively as part of a team for larger projects. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must.*Key Responsibilities:** Report directly to the Operations/Account Manager.* Represent the company with professionalism and uphold the highest level of integrity.* Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems.* Troubleshoot, clean, maintain, and repair water features.* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage landscape lighting systems.* Assist with the installation of trees, shrubs, and perennials.* Perform periodic landscape maintenance tasks as required.* Read and interpret landscape installation plans for accurate project execution.* Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work and services provided.* Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.* Track materials, time, and progress on work orders and submit reports daily to the Operations/Account Manager.* Care for and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.*Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:** A minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscape industry, including at least 3 years of irrigation experience.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with irrigation and landscaping.* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficient in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking.* High attention to detail and quality of work.* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.* Strong integrity and character in all professional interactions.*Education/Experience:** Certifications relevant to landscape irrigation.* Previous customer service experience.* Experience in estimating and job costing.* In-depth knowledge of landscape materials, processes, and horticulture.* A background in horticulture is preferred but not required.*Essential Physical Requirements:** Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.* Time spent on the phone, using hands for computer and office equipment operations.* Bending, stooping, twisting, and turning the neck and waist.* Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.*Taylor Anthony 365* offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and strong customer relationships are key to success.
