As a Grazeologist, you will play a pivotal role in curating visually appealing and delicious grazing boards for various events and occasions. Responsibilities: - Design and assemble aesthetically pleasing grazing boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients. - Tailor grazing board designs to suit different themes, dietary preferences, and client specifications. - Source fresh and premium ingredients from local vendors while maintaining inventory levels. - Ensure that all grazing boards are prepared and presented in a hygienic and visually appealing manner. - Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for optimal grazing experiences. - Stay updated on food trends, new ingredients, and presentation techniques to enhance the overall quality of grazing boards.
