Bartender

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.Duties:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences- Maintain a clean and organized bar area- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as neededQualifications:- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques- Familiarity with cash handling procedures- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a positive manner- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelySkills:- Catering experience is a plus- Proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems- Experience with Aloha POS is preferred but not requiredWe offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
