Dog Daycare Receptionist

*We are seeking a friendly and organized individual who is passionate about customer service and dogs to join our team as a receptionist. **Responsibilities:** Answering phone calls and greeting visitors with enthusiasm.* Answering questions for current clients and potential new clients.* Screening information from clients to determine pet eligibility status.* Giving tours to potential new clients.* Keeping a positive attitude when discussing dogs and their days.* Checking in/out dogs of all sizes and bringing them to other parts of the facility.* Handling customer information and collecting payments.* Knowledge of company policies and procedures.* Communicating to the back about dogs schedules and needs.* Keeping the lobby clean and organized.* Willingness to help with other tasks with the dogs as needed. This includes services (baths, nails, etc), cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, moving dogs, and other duties.*An ideal candidate for this position has* excellent communication skills, takes direction well, quickly learns and grasps new tasks and concepts, is highly dependable, can multi-task, is comfortable standing for periods of time, has confidence in handling dogs of all sizes, and has great attention to detail.
