The starting pay rate is $26.00 per hour.We offer a full range of benefits including a generous paid time off package of more than 5 weeks and bonus opportunities.*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*As part of our QIDP team, you will oversee and manage the development and care plans for our residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities to continue making their lives at Good Shepherd Manor a wonderful experience.You will work with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate meetings using both internal and external resources and serve as a resident advocate.You will schedule resident activities including off-site events and work with our team for on-site activities.You will provide leadership and guidance to residents and communicate with their guardians and family as well as work with the care giving leadership team and staff.You will prepare reports, maintain assigned resident files, and develop appropriate program plans on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with state regulations and the safety and health of the residents.*REQUIREMENTS:*A bachelor's degree in a qualifying major such as psychology, human services, social work, education, dietician, recreation.At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.*HOW TO APPLY:*Please apply through Indeed.com or call or text us at 815-592-7423.Go to our website at and click on "Join Our Team" at the top to see a video of our employees describing the position and why they enjoy working with us.
