If you're ready to build a rewarding career in a growing company, we want to hear from you.*Primary Responsibilities** Lead and assist with production activities, including demolition and emergency mitigation, in accordance with IICRC standards.* Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and crew members to ensure high-quality service and smooth project execution.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation—both paper and digital—related to job progress and drying systems.* Participate in the emergency on-call rotation as scheduled.* Help keep vehicles, equipment, and the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for action.*Qualifications** Experience in cleaning/restoration is a required.* Valid Texas driver’s license* Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs* Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods* Able to work in confined spaces as needed* Must be able to pass a background checkCandidates that meet the above criteria will receive first consideration.
