Salad Maker

The Good Salad is looking to hire a salad maker.Schedule:We are looking to hire for all days/shifts. Candidates with weekend availability will be prioritized.We are looking for long term hires (i.e summer/temporary jobs will not be prioritized).You will be responsible for:* Accurately making salads to order* Inspecting / bagging and handing off orders to customers* Greeting customers, taking orders and answering any questions they may have* Ensuring storage areas and make lines are properly stocked* Cleaning / organizing (everyone takes part in this)* Opening or closing duties (depending on shift)We are looking for individuals that have the following characteristics:* Reliable with good attendance* Naturally warm and positive* Ambition and drive: want to be part of building something big* Working under pressure: can handle many tasks at a face pace for hours at a time* Attention to detail: we hold everything we do to a high standardAll positions require a food handler certification and conversational English speaking.Weekend shift will be solo (no other coworkers).Benefits:- Free employee meals (our staff loves eating healthy salads every day)- All tips go to staffThis is an opportunity to join us during our growth, with lots of room for career development.
