Full Time Groundskeeper

Walnut Capital Management is seeking several full time groundskeepers, responsible for grounds keeping maintenance of the Bakery Square campus, and ensuring company standards are adhered to.*/*/*Please note, we are hiring for Thursdays through Mondays 3pm-11pm, however, the right candidate will have shift flexibility. Weekends and evenings are required. A valid drivers license and personal transportation are also REQUIRED/*/***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*1. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times, set example for all associates.2. Maintain a current inventory of all grounds keeping supplies and communicate any supply needs.3. Maintain a work order assignment program (through Building Engines program) for completed and pending work orders. Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner. Monitor all deficiencies. Communicate to the requesting party upon completion when needed.4. Inspect grounds/surface lot for trash, debris and remove trash/recycling from receptacles daily and/or more than once per day as needed. Patrol loading docks at all office buildings and power wash after dumpster pick ups as needed.5. Ensure implementation and compliance of brand standard key control policies and procedures are adhered to.6. Check elevator tracks in garage, office buildings and vacuum weekly. Clean/maintain elevator walls in all campus cars.7. Ensure umbrellas are up for use during the day, closed in the evenings and during inclement weather.8. Maintain the grounds for curb appeal and building exteriors consistently. Power wash sidewalks, apply sealant yearly to maintain integrity of concrete.9. Clean and organize break rooms, uniform rooms as needed.10. Sweep/vacuum all garage stairwells, police for trash and debris at entrances, in outdoor flower beds and bio swells and box planters. Water indoor plants in office buildings on main level floors.11. Assist the Property Manager / Asst. Property Manager in resolving any retail tenant grounds concerns.12. Utilize department communication and information systems through all forms of communications, including logs, department meetings, coaching and counseling13. Ensure all professional standards are adhered to at all times.14. Complete any reasonable request by management that you are capable of performing.15. Comply with Walnut Capital policies and procedures.16.
