Bucket Truck Operator

*Overview*PTD, Inc is currently seeking a Bucket Truck Operator with tree removal experience. Must have a valid driver's license. CDL is not required, but would be a plus.The bucket truck operator's primary responsibility is to assist with the clearing and removal of trees along state right-of-ways , with some residential work. The bucket truck operator also operates chain saws, pruners, brush chippers and various other equipment as needed. The bucket truck operator should have at least 6 months verifiable experience trimming out of a bucket and/or running a bucket in a utility line clearance and/or residential tree clearance setting.*For information or to apply, please call or text 804-690-9094.**Responsibilities** Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently to perform tree trimming and maintenance tasks.* Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.* Maintain equipment, including regular inspections of the bucket truck and rig to ensure safety standards are met.* Work around existing utilities.* Maintain a high level of production and efficiency.*Requirements** Proven experience in bucket operation, particularly with tree trimming experience.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.* Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.*Work Schedule: *Monday - Friday 7 am _sharp! _You will report to work in eastern Henrico County close to the Richmond AirportWe are a drug free workplace.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) 3% Match* Health insuranceSchedule:* Year round workWork Location: In person
