*Job Title: Graphic Designer **AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! *Join our growing team as a Graphic Designer and help bring our brand vision to life with professional, high-impact design!*Key Responsibilities:*· Design and produce marketing materials that include brochures, booklets, advanced content pieces, digital ads, social media graphics, signage, email campaigns, and presentations.· Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, on-brand visual content that drives engagement and supports campaigns.· Prepare accurate, print-ready files and ensure production quality across vendors and media formats.· Design internal and external communication materials, such as recruitment assets and event collateral, to support hiring initiatives.· Stay up to date on creative trends, emerging digital tools, AI software, and industry best practices.· Strategize and create content tailored to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — optimized for engagement and lead generation.· Perform other duties as needed to support marketing initiatives and contribute to team-wide efficiency and productivity.*What We’re Looking For:*· Ability to make independent decisions while effectively following directions.· Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder feedback.· Working knowledge of web and email design best practices· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.· Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.· Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliverables.· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in design and marketing.*Software Require: *Proficient in:- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)- Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)*Qualifications:*· 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate marketing department or agency environment.· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.*Benefits:*The AmeriLux benefits package includes a nationally award winning zero-dollar deductible healthcare plan created to ensure peace of mind and comprehensive care for all A-Team family members.
