We work hard, play hard and win!Job Description:* Recruit high-caliber, qualified respondents for research studies* Assist in project management for research studies including initiating and managing recruiting efforts, preparing project documentation, communicating project status updates, conducting the study and providing results.* Support in management of the internal sensory testing panel including managing product sample inventory, scheduling panelists, building product sample kits, monitoring surveys, conducting product placements and maintaining the testing areas* Maintain appropriate and accurate respondent data records* Schedule and confirm respondents for research studies to ensure attendance and completion* Serve as hostess/host for focus groups, product placements and off-site projects* Grow the respondent database through networking and grassroots methods* Adhere to client protocols and company standardsJob Requirements:* Ability to take direction and work independently with the proven and consistent capability of meeting tight deadlines* Exhibits a positive, outgoing and friendly personality* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift quickly between multiple priorities* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Demonstrates professionalism and integrity* Ability to work in a highly organized manner* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends* Ability to travel and work projects at off-site locations throughout NC* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint* Experience with business telephone interactions or customer service is a plusJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceCompensation Package:* Bonus opportunities* Hourly pay* Performance bonus* Quarterly bonusSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Commute:* Greensboro, NC 27408 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Greensboro, NC 27408: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
