Shift Leader/Cashier - Morning Shift

Nature’s Shift Lead responsibilities:* Ability to perform day to day ops as well as manage and oversee staff (Hands on)* Overseeing that the day-to-day tasks are properly performed by staff* Ensuring product orders are placed on specific days, checked in, and properly stored.* Invoicing – ensuring all invoices and receipts are logged and filed* Ensuring all health standards are being implemented and staff is properly informed on safety and sanitation procedure’s* Staffing, Scheduling, Orientation and Training* Recruiting, training, supervising staff* Dealing with customer queries and complaints* Ensuring petty cash change for cash register is taken care* Ensure coffee recipes are being followed and consistent* Manage online, and delivery orders are being correctly packaged and sent* Menu updates (If not managed digitally)* Keeping store organized and clean* Creating side-work charts with on-going cleaning / organizing tasks for staff during down time.* Creating weekly cleaning charts / cut-work for staff (Ensuring a clean work environment* Flexible schedule* *Looking for someone over 20 years*We are looking for a driven and seasoned shift lead to take care of this sweet and unique organic ice cream shop located in the beautiful town of Niles.
