Community Manager

We are seeking to hire an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM LICENSE REQUIRED) to manage a 393 site, resident owned, family community. This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week. The right candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, be customer service oriented, and professional in appearance. Experience working in a manufactured home community a plus.Qualifications:* Must have a valid Community Association Manager License (REQUIRED)* Demonstrated record of accomplishment in managing a community association. Minimum two years experience.* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)* Pass a background check and drug test.Required Skills:* Demonstrate ability to create, understand, and manage budgets and finances.
