As a Scooper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a delightful and satisfying experience every time they visit our shop. /*Nights and weekends REQUIRED/**Responsibilities:** Greet and welcome customers with a smile.* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.* Prepare and serve ice creams with attention to detail and presentation.* Suggest ice cream flavors, toppings, and treats.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including tables, counters, and serving areas.* Restock inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.* Assist with opening and closing duties.* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the shop's compliance with hygiene standards.* Provide exceptional customer service.*Qualifications:** *Nights and Weekends Required** Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
