Looking for a positive and energetic team player to join the Guest Services operation at The Willows. The Willows is an iconic boutique luxury residential property in Vail Village that services guests and property owners. It is a unique upscale environment that will allow you to enjoy extending best-in-class service to a wonderful clientele.Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests and owners in a friendly and professional manner- Check guests and owners in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing- Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously- Professionally assist with lodging reservations, activity, and restaurant reservations-Receive and log all incoming packages and luggage for guests and owners, ensuring accurate, proper, and safe handling.- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby- Collaborate with other hotel departments in a positive manner to ensure guest satisfactionQualifications:-Local knowledge of Vail attractions required- Previous front desk role required- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures required- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills required- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and follow through- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries- Multilingual skills are a plus- Degree or certification in hospitality management is desirable-Reservations experience requiredAs a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests.
