We provide the best cleaning products that are safe for you, our clients, and the environment.*Pay, Benefits, & Perks:** $18.50/hour starting pay: Earn a competitive wage for your hard work!* Regular tips and bonuses!* W-2 Employment: Enjoy tax benefits as an employee, not a contractor!* Learn from the best: Get trained in proven and established cleaning techniques and processes.* Mileage Reimbursement ($0.70/mile)* We believe in growth and promotions from within.*Job Responsibilities:** *Team Transportation: *Driving to and from assigned job sites with your cleaning team.* *Inventory Management*: Monitoring and managing equipment and supplies inventory for optimal operational readiness.* *Laundry Logistics:* Managing the pick-up and delivery of laundry to/from our designated laundry service.* *Quality Assurance:* Supervising assigned cleaning jobs to ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.* *Client Relations: *Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, managing communication and addressing client needs professionally.* *Performance Oversight:* Observing and providing feedback on the performance of both W2 cleaning staff and independent contract cleaners.* *Training: *Onboard new team members by training them in best practices and reinforcing our values*Details: *This position will start part-time but progress into full-time as our client base grows.*Requirements:** *Supervisory Experience: *A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.* *Residential Cleaning Experience: *At least 1 year of proven experience in residential cleaning.* *Customer Service Acumen:* A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.* *Values Alignment:* Demonstrated alignment with our core company values: positive attitude, efficiency, and excellence.* *Problem-Solving Skills: *Ability to proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.* *Communication Proficiency:* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* *Adaptability:* Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.* *Transportation:* Must have your own reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
