Being detail-oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Trim Team. A desire to analyze your work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with our experienced Fulfillment and Sales teams to deliver the best-in-class product.*Responsibilities*● Trim the final product for multiple flower brands.● Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding product and trim quality.● Timely completion of work per the schedule and striving to increase productivity through a collaborative workflow.● Keep documented logs and notes of product metrics to help the Grow Team understand crop performance.● Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices.● Use PPE as required: gloves.● Perform all other duties and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager.*Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills *● Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.● Be a reliable team player.● Positive attitude day in and day out.● Work effectively with minimal supervision.● Ability to work well under pressure.● Experience in an agricultural setting is a plus but not required.● Marijuana product knowledge and passion are a plus but not required.● Serve as a role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures.● Have a strong service and quality focus.
