If you have experience in commercial cleaning and know how to lead a team, we want to hear from you!*Job Type:* Full-time Hourly*Wages: *Starting at $22.00/hour*Schedule: */*40 hours per week/*Monday–Friday | 3:30pm–12:00am/*Floater weekend rotation once every two months*What You’ll Do:** Lead and support cleaning staff during the 2nd shift* Conduct inspections and guide team on best practices* Handle client feedback with professionalism* Maintain supply inventory and safety protocols* Perform fill-in cleaning shifts as needed* Monitor and deliver supplies* Train employees* Inspection of cleaning equipment* Promote a positive and supportive work environment* Performs other duties as assigned* Supervise cleaners, building leads, and area leads* Report to the Operations Manager*What We’re Looking For:** Team player* Great communication and organizational skills* Strong attention to detail and a hands-on attitude* Commercial cleaning experience a plusReady to lead a great team and make an impact?
