*Summary:*We are seeking an experienced, hands-on *On-Site Community Association Manager* to oversee the daily operations of a large, multi-community residential HOA. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and property management skills to ensure the community runs smoothly, maintains compliance, and delivers excellent service to homeowners.*Key Responsibilities:** Act as the primary liaison between the HOA Board, homeowners, and vendors.* Manage daily operations, enforce governing documents, and ensure rule compliance.* Coordinate and oversee maintenance, landscaping, and capital projects.* Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on violations.* Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, budget forecasting and collections processes.* Prepare for and attend board meeting agendas, reports, and take meeting minutes with some occurring possibly after hours.* Oversee and lead on-site staff (Assistant Manager & Maintenance Tech) and coordinate vendor services.* Provide guidance to the board on policy implementation and best practices.**Qualifications:** 2+ years of experience in HOA or community management* CMCA and AMS certification preferred.* Strong knowledge of CC&Rs, bylaws, and HOA legal standards* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HOA management software (AppFolio preferred)* Ability to conduct outdoor inspections and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)*Requirements:** Must be local or able to relocate to Columbia, SC before starting* Reliable transportation for property inspections*Experience:** HOA Management: 2 years (Required)* Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)We are a growing company with a commitment to excellence.
