Server

We’re looking for a friendly Server to receive and serve guests in a restaurant. Your main task will be to greet guests, answer their questions and serve them a meal. You should be able to multitask and handle stressful situations with a smile. As a Server, you will be the face of our company and will set the tone for the dining room. You should have excellent listening skills, strong communication ability and enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life. You should also always be on your toes, as our restaurant is open 7 days a week. The tips are very good !Responsibilities:* Serve food and drinks to guests and maintain clean service areas.* Welcome guests, take orders and take payment .* Create and recommend custom cocktails based on customer requests .* Recommend wine pairings from the wine list .* Present dishes and describe ingredients, preparation, price and dietary options.* Prepare a variety of coffees and teas.* Prepare and serve food in accordance with appropriate health standards.* Clean all kitchen appliances, tables, chairs, floors and surrounding area.* Maintain an organized stock of cleaning supplies and materials (e.g. dishcloths, glasses and silverware).Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible scheduleShift:* Day shift* Night shiftWork Location: In person
