Seasonal Laborer Aeration and Seeding

Crew Member --- Fescue Lawn Aeration and Seeding*Job Description*We are seeking an outstanding individual to work as an aeration and seeding crew team member. This is a temporary, full time, job offer with the opportunity for outstanding performers to stay on permanently as a lawn care technician.Experience not required.*Landscaping - Aeration Crew Member Job Duties:** Safely operate walk behind and ride on core aerators* Apply various products to lawn turf* Load and mix various products* Manage assigned route and territory* Communicate with customers and team members* Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record* Pre-employment drug screen*Landscaping - Aeration Crew Member Physical Demands:** Lift and move up to 50 lbs.* Walk up to 10 miles a day* Ability to kneel, stoop and squat* Ability to push, pull, grip and squeeze various tools, products and items with hands*Landscaping - Aeration Crew Member Qualifications:** Positive attitude, self starter, good time management skills* Landscaping or aeration experience preferred but not required* Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 65 pounds* Ability to stand, walk, squat, reach and lift* Able to work independently at all times* Can work outdoors in various weather conditions* Capable of cooperating with superiors, co-workers and customers* Pass initial and random drug screeningsPay Frequency:* Bi-WeeklyThis Job Is:* Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED* A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more* A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education* Open to applicants who do not have a college diplomaWork Remotely* NoJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourExperience:* Lawn Care: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* Pesticide Applicator's (Preferred)Work Location: In person
