Bartender/Server

*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.*Duties** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.* Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.* Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.* Uphold health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.*Skills** Proficiency in food handling and knowledge of hospitality best practices.* Experience in food service within fine dining or the food industry is preferred.* Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is an asset.* Ability to thrive in a restaurant or nightclub setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.* Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.Join us as we create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekShift:* Evening shift* Night shiftWork Location: In person
