Immediate Opening for Machine Operators - Die Cutter/Flexo - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shiftSchedule:1st shift – 6am – 4pm Mon – Thursday2nd shift – 2pm – 10pm Mon – Fri3rd shift – 10pm – 6am Sun – ThursdayPay based on experienceWe are looking for candidates with minimum 5+ years of Machine Operating experience*The Job You Will Perform** Set up the machine according to machine specific procedures.* Make necessary adjustments during set up and run to ensure quality work* Monitor quality throughout the production run. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature, dimension, pressure, register settings. Complete the box Quality check required on each order* Follow all safety procedures including Lock out/Tag out* Enter production data into computer* Counting and stacking finished product* Report significant and major mechanical failure to department supervisor immediately.* Work near electrical, hydraulic and mechanical energy sources.* Ensure correct unit configuration per customer requirements.* Clean up housekeeping procedures such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding miscellaneous scrap.* Work overtime and weekends as required* Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, etc.* Properly and successfully interact with co-workers* High school diploma or state registered GED preferred*The Skills You Will Bring:** Attention to detail and quality* Previous Machine Operator experience in a corrugated box facility.* Physical demands include standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, crouching and lifting to 75 pounds* Excellent reading, writing and verbal skills are required as well as paying critical attention to details* Read a tape measure up to 1/16Full benefits after 60 days of employment including BCBS insurance!Rusken Packaging (Rusken) is a dynamic, modern integrated packaging company with locations throughout the Southeast United States.
