Apartment Manager

*General Property Manager* *(S. W. Houston)*compensation: *Salary based on experiences*Experienced Property Manager/Supervisor wanted for Apartment Complexes in the SW Houston area.- Strong Leasing and Tenant Retaining skills.- Review and Audit Rent Rolls for accuracies- Reporting, meeting occupancy and revenue targets.- Experience in managing office and Maintenance Personnels- Rent collection experience a must, lockout and eviction filing, move-in and move out reports.- Show available spaces, Lease enforcements- Must work well independently as well within a team- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Hard working, responsible, dependable, and honesty a must- Schedule may include some weekends plus on call responsibilities- Exceptional organizational skills vital.- Inspect, monitor and deal with contractors and maintenance crew’s for up keeping the properties.- MS Word, Excel, required.- Appfolio- Spanish speaking preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Paid time offExperience:* Property management: 6 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple locations
