Traveling Commercial Cleaning Production Manager

*Overview*Cleaning Supervisor for Multi-State Service Company. This position is for someone who enjoys national travel and can work independently.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all spaces meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike, particularly in hospitality settings such as hotels and commercial establishments.*Responsibilities** Supervise staff to maintain quality standards and provide guidance on best practices.* Conduct audits and regular inspections of services provided to ensure compliance with standards.* Utilize appropriate materials and equipment safely and effectively.* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.* Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.* Must be able to travel to locations (OTHER STATES BY PLANE OR CAR) on short notice.* Must be able to drive. Need a Driver License with clean record.* Must be able to recruit at remote job sites, set work routines and train.* Process employee hours for payroll, work requests and billing.* Background checks are required for all hired employees by company.*Skills** Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients, members, managing client's expectations.* Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
