Bartender (FT)

Good Times Saloon has been serving drinks since 1981 from our historic building located in the heart of Louisville, Nebraska. We now have a potentially FT Bartender position open! This person will work filling in occasionally for a week day shift but primarily filling week night shifts and weekend hours day or night.The ideal candidate is a person that gives our patrons a positive experience and reason to come back. Previous bartending experience is required. The knowledge and skills gained from that previous experience should include…* Skill with interpersonal communication* Ability to multitask and act with a sense of urgency* Knowledge of alcohols and common drinks* Ability to mix, stir, and muddle drinks as well as accuracy with counting drink pour levels* Keno writing* Competence in maintaining organization of bar area and bar cleanliness standard* Competency with cash handling* Ability to work well with other bartenders as a team* Ability to follow direction and guidance from ownershipHours can vary but we will work with you to assure both your and Good Times scheduling needs are met.
