Assembly Technician

Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembly Assistant to support our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly of products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the assembly process. Key Responsibilities:* Assemble components and parts according to specifications or instructions* Use tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations* Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times* Assist in packaging and preparing items for shipment* Communicate any issues or delays to the supervisor Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Previous experience in a production or assembly role is a plus but not required* Ability to read and follow written instructions or diagrams* Basic mechanical skills and good hand-eye coordination* Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment What We Offer:* On-the-job training* Competitive pay* Opportunity for advancement* A safe and supportive team environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $750.00 per weekBenefits:* Employee discountSchedule:* 12 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Signing bonusWork Location: In person
