The Concierge Ambassador participates in the implementation and promotion of all Concierge programs on client sites. As a Concierge Ambassador , you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service while fulfilling the requests of employees, family members, in a fast paced environment while overseeing the program metrics are met. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the program at your site and accountable for meeting established goals and suggesting enhancements for increasing participation, services and vendors.*Principal Duties and Responsibilities** Demonstrates 21 Service Standard and company Core Values.* Executes the fulfillment of customer Concierge requests within guidelines established by leadership.* Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, courteous and service oriented manner. Effectively seeks and applies new concepts and techniques to enhance program and build employee and customer loyalty.* Coordinates the day-to-day operations to facilitate high touch Concierge services in an efficient and effective manner.* Demonstrates strong customer service and organizational skills in coordinating successful events using established guidelines; promoting a positive impact for the program, hospital, and members.* Demonstrates successful handling, prioritizing, and resolving issues while anticipating opportunities in the future.* Assist in creating and maintaining an atmosphere that encourages high performance, teamwork, and continual improvement, and work with the corporate office, using Survey results and Program Sponsor feedback to establish goals and objectives that supports the Organization’s strategic plan and direction.* Follows daily opening and closing procedures and Concierge Ambassador Responsibility Check List and communicates changes when warranted to the Regional Director of Operations.* Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors, local business, and other organizations to promote the service and establish partnerships to benefit Employees and Families.* Ensures completion of all tasks by given deadlines including Broadcast Messages, Resource Guides, promotions and events.* Work closely with the CXO to review survey results and program metrics routinely to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for service discounts and integration.* Maintains confidentiality not only with corporate discussions, but also within the Organization. Including but not limited to: fiscal responsibilities, employment history, staff management and other sensitive topics.*Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:** Demonstrated professionalism, leadership, confidence, strong organizational skills, efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.* Associate’s degree or experience in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Retail, Customer Service. High school diploma required,* Experience in working with computer applications, including internet research, Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, database maintenance and Outlook experience a plus.* Demonstrated strong speaking, interpersonal communication, problem resolution skills.* Must have reliable transportation to attend meetings with outside vendors and suppliers.* Must be familiar with local area in order to recommend services and establish new relationships with vendors/suppliers.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 – 10 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Employee assistance program* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:* Saginaw, MI 48601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):* When would you be available to start?Work Location: In person
