We are looking to add part-time weekend cooks to our staff. This job would be Friday-Sunday. We are open to one day a week or multiple days. We could also do an every other weekend if that is a better fit.```Duties```- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals for our customers- Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent quality and taste- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to place orders as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment```Experience```- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar food industry setting- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling, knife skills, and culinary techniques- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality- Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests- Experience in catering or large-scale food production is a plusIf you are passionate about cooking and have experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.
