*Russian River Brewing Company is hiring a Host/Busser to join the team at our Windsor Restaurant! *_If you have customer service experience and a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you. _*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Greets customers when they enter the pub and seats them at tables* Clears and cleans tables and wipes seats as customers leave* Completes side work before and after shift, or when requested* Brings bus tubs and blue glass racks to their proper places when full* Acts in a friendly and sincere manner with customers* Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that details are handled properly and customers’ concerns and requests are addressed* All other duties as assigned*REQUIREMENTS** Must be at least 18 years of age* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.* Bilingual skills a plus* Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook* Professional appearance and demeanor* Must be available to work days/nights, weekends and holidays required.*PHYSICAL DEMANDS** Stand and walk for long periods of time* Use fingers and hands to handle objects; talk and hear; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, bend, twist and crouch.* The employee must occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 60 pounds.
