CNC Machinist Programmer

*Job Summary*We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry level position with 1-2 years experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery, programming, and precision machining. This role requires a commitment to quality and safety while producing high-precision components that meet strict specifications.*Responsibilities** Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.* Program CNC machines using Haas and other CAM programming software to ensure accurate machining processes.* Perform setup and adjustments on machines as necessary to maintain production efficiency.* Utilize precision measuring instruments, including coordinate measuring machines, to inspect finished products for adherence to specifications.* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.*Skills** Proficiency in Haas programming and operation of CNC milling machines.* Experience with CAM programming software is preferred.* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex blueprints and technical drawings.* Familiarity with Autocad for design modifications or reviews.* Competence in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.* Ability to weld is a plus but not required.* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Join our team as a CNC Machinist where your skills will contribute significantly to our success in delivering exceptional products.
