*JOB SUMMARY*Supports HR, payroll, training, while also assisting with marketing, volunteer coordination, and administrative tasks. This role helps onboard new employees, maintain accurate records, process payroll, support internal communications, and assist with events and community outreach. Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. *Provide excellent member service in accordance with Tidemark FCU’s Core Values and Service Initiatives._*Human Resources*_*1. *Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.*2. *Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.*3. *Coordinate new employee onboarding.*4. *Assist in coordinating with all new hires to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and submission of necessary documents.*5. *Assist in various daily operations and provide general office support for the HR team.*6. *Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate employee data, benefits, and payroll information, and maintain efficiencies within the payroll system; assisting with any testing of new or revised business process to ensure payroll outputs are accurate.*7. *Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.*8. *Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.*9. *Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.*10. *Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions; conducts and/or schedules preliminary interviews.*11. *Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.*12. *Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.*13. *Conducts pre-employment screenings such as criminal background, credit investigations, drug testing, and pre-employment testing.*14. *Schedule and market available training courses. Maintains training database tracking for all team members (courses completed, pre-and post-training evaluations)._*Administrative*_*1. *Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the leadership staff.*2. *Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.*3. *Attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.*4. *Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.*5. *Coordinates arrangements for Board of Directors, Committees, and other meetings. Arranges for reservation of meeting rooms, meals, and necessary technology.*6. *Communicates with Board members regarding dates, locations, and times of Board and Committee meetings.*7. *Maintains policies and procedures. Ensures they are up to date and reviewed timely. Keeps Intranet up to date._*Marketing/Foundation*_*1. *Communicates with all departments of the organization to identify available opportunities and needs for volunteers.*2. *Schedules, coordinates, and assigns volunteers.*3. *Assist in planning and executing fundraising or community events.*4. *Represent the foundation at community events or school functions.*5. *Share information about the foundation’s mission and programs.*6. *Make phone calls or send emails to donors and supporters.*7. *Assists in the implementation of the promotion of Credit Union products and services.*8. *Orders supplies and materials. Ensures items arrive as scheduled with appropriate lead time.*9. *Researches and locates vendors for supplies and materials. Obtains comparative prices on a regular basis to ensure the best possible prices.*10. *Edit marketing collateral, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Proof work of others for accuracy and completeness.*11. *Liaison between the credit union and marketing firm.*15. *Performs other duties as assigned.*16. *A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.*17. *Community involvement:· Paid Volunteer Hours- Each eligible employee is required to have 3 hours within the current Annual Performance Review cycle. These can either be 3 concurrent hours or nonconcurrent.· Unpaid Volunteer Hours- As a qualifier for the balance scorecard profit-sharing plan employees will need to complete 3 volunteer hours unpaid per year for the balance scorecard.*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The employee frequently is required to sit, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
