EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*Responsibilities:* Administration and implementation of community supportive service functions for the administration/implementation of the combined Public Housing (PH) and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program. Oversees program/grant administration; facilitate community partnerships; monitor resident outreach; supervise and evaluate performance of contractors/other service partners; evaluate and report on program performance; develop and seek grant opportunities for existing and additional programs/services, etc. *Requirements*: BS in public administration, urban planning, or social work preferred. Must possess valid Ohio driver’s license and evidence of personal vehicle insurance. *Experience*: 4 years social service planning and/or work exp., including 2 years minimum of working w/multiple community partners and administering programs. 2 years supervisory incl. planning, assigning, directing work, enforce contract, address complaints, etc.; experience in working with HUD and federally funded grant programs desired. *Salary: *This is a grant funded position whose salary isbased on education and experience.*ANYONE INTERESTED IN BEING CONSIDERED FOR THE FULL TIME POSITION MUST E-MAIL OR MAIL A COVER LETTER OF INTEREST, RESUME WITH REFERENCES, AND SALARY HISTORY to SMHA, Attn: FSS Admin Position, 2026 W.
