You will be responsible for building relationships, overcoming objections, and ensuring that every prospect fully understands the value of Salt Lake Crossing.This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role, ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, negotiation skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Leasing Execution:* Engage, qualify, and convert prospective residents into leases.* Maintain a high-volume, steady flow of leads through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting.* Conduct compelling tours that highlight the unique features and value of Salt Lake Crossing.* Overcome objections effectively by identifying needs, positioning solutions, and confidently closing deals.* Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, promotions, availability, and competitors to maximize closing rates.* Track leasing performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.Prospecting:* Follow up with all inquiries promptly and persistently, ensuring no opportunity is lost.* Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.* Actively engage in local community events, corporate partnerships, and university outreach to drive traffic.Customer Experience & Retention:* Provide exceptional service to prospects and current residents, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable leasing experience.* Guide new residents through the leasing and move-in process with professionalism and care.* Maintain an active presence in the community, ensuring new residents feel welcomed and engaged.* Partner with the Life Style Coordinator to support resident engagement and retention efforts.* Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current tenants to understand their needs and ensure a tailored service experience.Operations & Administration:* Accurately complete leasing paperwork, applications, and compliance documentation.* Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and conversions.* Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to stay informed on local market trends.* Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all units are move-in ready.Key Qualities for Success:* Sales-Driven Closer – You are motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets.* Confident & Persuasive Communicator – You know how to build rapport, negotiate, and handle objections effectively.* Energetic & Proactive – You bring enthusiasm and initiative to every interaction.* Detail-Oriented & Organized – You manage multiple leads, appointments, and tasks seamlessly.* Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing leasing strategies.Qualifications:* Required: Prior experience in sales, leasing, or customer service.* Preferred: Background in real estate, property management, or hospitality.* Strong negotiation and closing skills.* Proficiency in CRM software and leasing platforms is a plus.* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours to accommodate tours and prospect needs.* Please check us out at saltlakecrossing.com before applying.Nice to Haves:* Experience with Yardi (preferred) or other CRMs.* Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Executive.* Familiarity with social media marketing and digital lead generation.* Experience working with corporate housing, student housing, or coworking memberships.Company OverviewAt Aurum, we believe success is measured by the strength of our community.
