Assistant Manager for Apartment

Property management company is seeking an independent property manager for a Bradenton Apartment Complex. A successful candidate should be interested in pursuing a career goal of property management. Experience in property management is preferred, but not required. A Strong Sales background is needed.Candidates must have/be able to:- Computer literacy (Office, Gmail, web browser, etc.)- Good communication skills (able to read and write professional style correspondences)- Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment- Excellent customer service skills- Self-motivation- Patience- Ability to work weekends- Have a working vehicle and able to cover shifts at other properties in the areaCertain physical requirements are required to be a successful candidate. Managers need to conduct daily inspection of the property to ensure curb appeal and understand the current situation of their properties. Managers are responsible for organizing their office, organizing tenant files, and their office supplies. The ability to communicate with tenants, team mates, and supervisors by email and telephone is an essential part of this job.
