Let's dive into information about the job!*_*Position Summary:*The Regional Field Controller oversees the financial operations, full cycle billing, collections and A/R management, cash flow management, training and payer reimbursement processes for five skilled nursing facilities in accordance with all laws, regulations, and LCCA standards. Reports to Division Field Controller.*This position covers the greater Seattle area, including Mount Vernon, Skagit, Marysville and Kirkland. The position involves on-site support at facilities approximately four days per week. Travel requirements will vary based on the candidate’s home location and the geographic spread of assigned buildings. Travel expenses will be compensated.**Minimum Qualifications:** Supervisory experience; this position leads the Business Office teams for five locations* 3+ years of experience with Washington Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, insurance and private pay payers preferred* Must be willing and able to travel*Essential Functions:** Assist with selection, training, and support of Business Office Managers.* Train and support Business Office staff on an ongoing basis in variety of financial software areas (i.e., Point Click Care, RFMS).* Identify, report, and serve as part of the solution to issues discovered in the Business Office functions.* Visit assigned facilities at least quarterly to assess business office functions and assist as needed.* Communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team.* Train Business office associates billing processes in accordance with all state and federal regulations.* Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients* Knowledgeable of business office procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care* Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality financial services* Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance* Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment* Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary teamAn Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* Do you have at least five years of Business Office Manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility?* Are you willing and able to travel within King County (from Kirkland to Skagit and areas in between), on a regular basis?
