*Lifestyle Coordinator*/*/*/*Job Announcement/*/*/**Riverside Management and Financial Services, Inc.* is accepting applications for a Lifestyle Coordinatorto plan and execute various community programs and activities. The Lifestyle & Events Coordinator is responsible for creating engaging experiences that align with the community’s vision and enhance resident satisfaction. This role serves as a key connection between future buyers, current residents, and the overall brand of the resort-style community. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings creativity, organization, and professionalism to everything they do.Salary: Non-ExemptReports to: Resort Director*Essential Duties include (but are not limited to): *· Generate excitement about the overall project and community with potential buyers.· Provide guided tours of resort amenities with prospective buyers and guests.· Market the overall community theme, amenities, and lifestyle offerings.· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maintain and reflect the corporate brand.· Plan and implement a variety of member programs, classes, social activities, and signature events.· Schedule the use of amenities for both member events and external community organizations.· Independently coordinate events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, itineraries, and supplies.· Gather member feedback and develop programs and events that meet evolving community interests.· Monitor and manage event budgets and assess ROI.· Ensure the accurate processing of vendor invoices and front desk revenue collections.· Partner with the Resort Director to set pricing for private rentals and special events.· Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of all signature events.· Oversee the community website and ensure content is current and engaging.· Prepare regular community communications and marketing announcements.· Manage all community social media platforms and online engagement tools.· Collaborate cross-functionally with Food & Beverage, Spa, Wellness, Concierge, and Maintenance departments to ensure successful event execution.· Use digital tools such as Jonas Club Management, Canva, Vantaca, and email marketing platforms to promote programs.· Create marketing collateral, flyers, and internal event reports.· Be physically present at events, including setup and breakdown.· Perform other related duties as assigned.*The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:*· Minimum of five years’ experience in event planning, sales, or marketing required.· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.· Prior experience working in HOA, age-qualified, or resort-style communities is highly desirable.· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships across all demographics.· Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.· Comfortable prioritizing tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe design applications, Jonas Club Management and Point of Sale, and community management platforms.· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead and speak in front of groups.· Demonstrated knowledge of event logistics, venue setup, and vendor procurement.· Creative mindset with a passion for delivering fresh and exciting programming.· Understanding basic marketing metrics and event performance analytics.· Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:* Lincoln, CA 95648 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Lincoln, CA 95648: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
