Human Resources Representative:Overview:We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Representative. This individual will need to have experience in Human Resources such as screening of employees, training and recruiting and managing confidential information of all employees. Furthermore, knowledge of payroll systems and payroll processing utilizing payroll systems like Paychex is a plus as the HR Representative will serve as a backup payroll processor.Responsibilities:- Process payroll as needed, including calculating wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes. Will serve as a backup to the Payroll Department.- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies. Also ensure compliance with all company Human Resource policies- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to payroll and benefits- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting as needed- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all timesExperience:- Previous experience in HR and Payroll- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration- Familiarity with benefits administrationSkills:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees regarding HR and payroll mattersJoin our team as a Human Resources Representative and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
