*Tropical Smoothie Café* is looking to hire *Full-Time & Part-Time Crew Member with daytime avalibility* to join our team at *Columbus, NE*.The Crew Member will be responsible for making our delicious smoothies, healthy food options and delivering an unparalleled customer experience with proper sanitation standards.*Responsibilities:** Prepair and assemble food and smoothies to brand standards.* Properly cleaning equipment.* Maintaining a clean work area.* Working safely around equipment.* Training new staff members.* Reporting any equipment or operational issues.* Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.* Operate the POS register, handle cash, and be responsible.*Required Experience:** Prior experience in coffee or food service preferred but not required.* Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.* Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly.* Ability to work well under pressure (speed of service), with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.If you enjoy a lively, fun environment and can deliver amazing, Tropical Smoothie Café is the place for you!
