Wine Retail & Tasting Bar Associate

If you love engaging with customers, have a strong interest in wine, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail and bar environment, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and educational experience for guests.- Lead wine tastings and guide customers through curated selections.- Pour wines by the glass and prepare simple wine-based cocktails.- Assist guests with wine selection, offering knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their tastes.- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate POS records.- Stock and organize the retail floor, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.- Assist in receiving and unpacking wine shipments.- Maintain a clean and organized shop and bar environment.- Promote and sign up guests for our wine club.Qualifications:- Passion for wine!
