Lawn Care Crew Leader

* Coordinate efforts: Crew leaders may coordinate lawn mowing and maintenance efforts.* Plan and organize: Crew leaders may plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and job materials each day. They may also prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork.* Manage crew members: Crew leaders may effectively manage crew members to efficiently complete daily mowing routes. They may also assist in training and teaching team members to follow procedures and processes in an orderly manner.* Ensure compliance: Crew leaders may ensure that all crew members report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures. They may also enforce the company safety program.* Maintain equipment: Crew leaders may operate lawn maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, edger, string trimmer, mower, and backpack blower.
