Our mission is to deliver exceptional value through strategic real estate operations across the Southeast United States.*Role Overview*We are seeking a seasoned and driven *Regional Property Manager* to oversee a multifamily residential portfolio. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with company principals, asset managers, and property teams to drive results and support future acquisitions.*Key Responsibilities** Lead regional property operations to meet financial targets and uphold resident satisfaction.* Support onboarding and integration of new property acquisitions.* Recruit, train, and mentor onsite teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.* Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.* Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, residents, and stakeholders.* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.* Develop and manage property budgets; monitor financial performance and reporting.* Address residents’ concerns and implement retention strategies.* Oversee leasing and marketing initiatives; analyze market trends to optimize occupancy.* Review monthly financials and provide actionable insights.* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic planning.* Step in to directly manage properties when needed.*Qualifications** Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in residential property management.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).* Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Yardi, BlueMoon, or similar platforms.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.* Ability to travel up to 75% across assigned portfolio.* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.*Why Join Us?*This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and growth potential.
