Experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender

*About us*The Select is a Casual/upscale New-American restaurant with a french influence. We are seeking experienced bartenders to add to out bar staff. Candidates must have experience with craft bartending including knowledge on both modern and classic cocktails at a high volume. Bar/Lounge area seats 40-50 people with live music features every weekend.```Duties```- Prepare and serve House and classic cocktails according to recipes.- prepare syrups and batches for house cocktails- Maintain a clean and organized bar area- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels```Experience```- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred- Familiarity with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse clientele- Experience working in banquet or event settings is a plus- Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink pricesPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a strong knowledge of beverages, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
