*Job Overview*We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential properties, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.*Responsibilities:** Greet prospective residents and discuss available units.* Coordinate the leasing process from applications, to move-ins and renewals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.* Uphold Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.* Ensure units are move-in ready and presentable.* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements using Yardi Breeze software.* Assist in managing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.* Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet market standards.*What we are looking for:** Strong communication and customer service skills.* Previous leasing or sales experience a plus (but not required).* Reliable, goal-oriented, and team-driven.* Comfortable with technology and basic office software.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Available to work weekends.Join our team as a Leasing Agent, where you will play a vital role in connecting individuals with their ideal homes while contributing to the success of our property management operations.You can apply in person Monday - Friday between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at the address above.
