FBA CRS associate (Bilingual in Mandarin )

*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FBA Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing inquiries related to our FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) services, and assisting with sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.*Duties** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any issues related to their FBA accounts.* Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.* Monitor customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.* Stay updated on FBA policies, procedures, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers.*Experience** Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.* Familiarity with Amazon's FBA program is a plus but not mandatory.* Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Bilingual in Mandarin is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $4,500.00 per monthBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceShift:* 8 hour shiftExperience:* FBA sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:* Mandarin (Preferred)Work Location: In person
