Landscaping Irrigation Technician

Duties:- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for commercial properties- Use power tools and hand tools to dig trenches, install pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads- Perform regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify and resolve any issues- Adjust sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage and water distribution- Monitor water usage and make adjustments to optimize efficiency- Collaborate with management to plan irrigation upgrades- Provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing irrigation systems- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedRequirements:- Previous experience in irrigation installation and maintenance required- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in irrigation work- Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with irrigation systems- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including digging and lifting heavy equipment- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and proper system operationNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
