Pattern Maker

*We are seeking a Pattern Maker to join our team in the luxury sportswear and denim area. As a Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for creating first through production patterns for men's & women's clothing.**Responsibilities:*- Create patterns for men's & women's clothing.- Work with designers to understand their vision and create patterns that meet their specifications.- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including Gerber Pattern Making Software to create patterns.- Make adjustments to patterns as needed based on feedback from designers comments.- Experience with sewing construction, specs, grading, shrinkage in laundry and dying, draping, leather, suede, denim, bottoms, tops, jackets and dresses.-10+ years of experience as a Pattern Maker.- Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties is a plus.-Team player in being able to communicate with Pre-Production and Production teams, as to the status of needed patterns in a timely manner.-Very well organized and can maintain a pattern library in system.-Able to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Excel.*Benefits:*- Competitive salary based on experience with Health insurance and Paid time off.If you have experience as a Pattern Maker and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, we encourage you to apply today!Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Do you have experience working with Denim?Experience:* Prod pattern: 10 years (Required)Work Location: In person
