Bartender

Established & Very Busy Bar Located in North Lakeland.*Lucky's Sports, Oyster & Tiki Bar**Job Summary*We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, whether in a nightclub or fine dining setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.*Duties*- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.- POS system for order entry and payment processing.- Monitor inventory levels.- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.*Requirements*- Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining establishment, willing to train the right person.- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.- Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail math calculations.- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards.- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights & weekends.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.- Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is highly desirable.* Contact us Today - Daily Interviews - immedialte hiring !!!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per weekShift:* Day shift* Evening shift* Night shiftExperience:* Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)Language:* English (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Lakeland, FL 33809 (Required)Work Location: In person
