Commercial Landscaper

*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their landscaping needs are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.*Responsibilities** Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, tree trimming, and garden upkeep.* Execute hardscape installations, ensuring proper techniques are followed for durability and aesthetics.* Operate equipment for snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.* Dig, irrigate, and prepare soil for planting as needed to promote healthy growth of plants and trees.* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.* Provide recommendations for landscape improvements based on observations during maintenance visits.*Skills** Proficiency in tree care techniques, including trimming and health assessments.* Experience with snow plowing equipment and techniques is a plus.* Knowledge of hardscape materials and installation methods.* Ability to dig, irrigate, and maintain various types of gardens effectively.* Strong understanding of lawn care practices, including fertilization and pest management.* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.* Must Pass pre employment screenings* Must have a valid drivers license and reliable trasnportationJoin us in creating beautiful landscapes that enhance the environment while providing exceptional service to our clients!Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hourSchedule:* 5x8* 8 hour shift* Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
